The U.S. Department of State offers the Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarship to Study Abroad students who are US citizens, Pell grant recepients, and enrolling in an academic study abroad program 14 days or longer. SBCC Study Abroad offers a workshop to all study abroad applicants who want to learn more about writing a successful essay and statement to receive up to $5,000 for their SBCC Study Abroad program.
